We see any client project as a joint enterprise, with the partnership based on mutually agreed targets and objectives. Effective Project Management is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of client projects. It is also critical in ensuring a positive, effective and mutually beneficial partnership for the future.

Successful Delivery

At its broadest level, Project Management at Creative Jar is about successful delivery of a project in line with agreed objectives, within defined timescales, to expected quality and within budget. All projects are run in accordance with our company values, where delivery of exceptional customer service is paramount.

Dedicated Management

At the point at which a project is agreed, a dedicated Project Manager is assigned to manage the delivery of the project. A dedicated Project Team supports the Project Manager. Great care is taken to ensure the project team includes an appropriate balance of skills, knowledge and expertise required for the delivery of each specific project.

Planning and Review

Regular project planning and review meetings are undertaken as an integral part of the project management process, to ensure projects run to schedule and within budget. We realise that there are times when the 'goal posts' move, taking delivery dates with them. Because this is inherent in our business, we believe it is essential to be flexible and to accommodate change positively and without fuss. Pro-active communication and effective team working always ensures that such scenarios are managed positively and objectives are achieved to a mutually acceptable outcome.
