Case Study

Requirement:

Creative Jar were approached to completely redesign the website for leading managed hosting company NetBenefit and their sister company NetNames Platinum, an elite domain management agency. We were chosen due to our highly successful creative and technical solutions and willingness to develop the website in a little known content management system InfoGlue. As a core requirement our technical team had to rapidly learn the Java based CMS along with working hand-in-hand with SEO agency Spanner Works as part of a natural search strategy.

Creative:

After detailed planning and wire frame production the creative process was put underway. After working through a variety of user interfaces a final professional look was struck which complimented the brand and ethos of NetBenefit. A complete visual overhaul of the control panel and chat facility further enhanced the online experience. Creative application was also required to accompany company literature, PDF's and presentations bringing the whole outward facing presentation in-line with the new visual identifiers.

Technical:

Robust and compliant CSS developed templates were carefully integrated and built into the InfoGlue CMS, along with legacy applications for the control panel and e-store. Some custom development in Java was required to add functionality non-existent in InfoGlue, extending the package further and naturally improving the administrative power of the content management system. Work is already underway for localised language integration due to go live Q1 2008.

Successful Deployment:

With many hurdles to overcome on the CMS, our entire team worked diligently and professionally to hit the deadline with ease and on-budget. The website has been a great success and we continue to work on its enhancement and development to increase further return on investment and website retention.
