Case Study
Requirement:
Requiring a bespoke delegate registration system for an internal event in Tenerife for 1500 group wide executives, Creative Jar were chosen to design and develop the solution to meet exacting creative and technical requirements. Off-the-shelf packages simply would not facilitate the level of creative required and potential issues around a room twinning step within the registration process.
Creative:
Working closely with the European Brand Director our design team quickly conceived an innovative and highly creative approach to compliment the event location and Yahoo brand. The effect is a delightful website design that is both engaging and fun. A rare occurrence but Creative Jar received immediate sign-off on design with much praise - a credit to brief interpretation and creative excellence.
Technical:
The registration process and back office was developed in Active Server Pages (ASP) and drives a custom solution with tailored reporting for event management. The most challenging feature was the dynamic twinning section as part of accommodation request, which was quickly planned and technically delivered to achieve full data integrity for the back-end management.
The final website was deployed to an IP restricted URL with even further security layers making for a highly protected registration site and the precious data it contained.
Beautiful Registration:
Well planned and executed by the Creative Jar team, the solution was highly praised as an innovative approach to Yahoo's registration requirement. Launched with a full support package and periphery email campaigns and teasers, the entire event was a worldwide success for Yahoo.
