Delegate Registration

A delegate will experience many levels of interaction with your company when attending an event, seminar, product launch or the like. Whether the event is internal or external, it's vital that delegate data is current and correct.

Specialising in high-end delegate registration systems, Creative Jar are able to provide innovative technical solutions, along with making them creatively fit your brand or event location.

Bespoke Packages

Creative Jar is able to offer registration systems that can be completely tailored to a client's requirements, in terms of functionality and creative.

The separate modules, built in .NET, are developed specifically for the client with detailed consultation taking place prior to development to produce a detailed specification.

Through the system, we are able to offer the opportunity to register or book for a number of different activities, including the following:

Personal details registration
Ability to book onto one specific event or a number of events
Waiting list for events which are fully booked
Accommodation booking
Travel booking, including transfers
Room twinning
Visa requirements
Book a restaurant
Book a meeting room

'Off the shelf' Packages

In addition to the bespoke packages, some clients opt for a less specific package which is managed through a Content Management System.

This system contains a number of basic modules which the administrator is able to switch on or off, depending on the requirements of the event. This option has the advantage of being ‘reusable’ for various events but obviously lacks the specificity which may occasionally be needed.

The Content Management System can be administered at varying levels, allowing different ‘Log In’s’ to have distinct levels of authority over the data being collected and the fields being used. For example, the organisers of the event may need the authority to alter individual bookings, cancel bookings or allocate hotel rooms. However, a researcher or auditor may only need an authority level to view the data after or during the event.
