Our Culture

Creative Jar is a great place to work and an even better place to visit. The office has an energetic buzz and vibrancy second to none. With a dedicated games / chill out room the team are often found hanging out and socialising late into the night. A happy office makes for increased productivity and a happy team want to get up and come to work; and work hard!

We believe that people produce their best work when they're happy and motivated. We also believe in our team's ability to break new ground and develop innovative new ideas. We strive for excellence and want our team to be at the forefront of their field, so we have in place three year development plans mapping our training requirements and career fulfilment goals.
