Pearson is the world's largest publishing company with brands such as the FT, Penguin and Edexcel in its vast portfolio of organisations.
Growth through acquisition and start-ups has escalated Pearson into a company spanning many sectors with multiple technology platforms and web domains.
With a global rebrand currently being deployed, Pearson now has eyes on its digital assets and required consultancy to ‘make sense’ of its digital strategy for the UK.
Working closely with the UK board our digital strategists consulted over many months to help shape the vision for Pearson’s digital real estate.
With a clear strategy, Creative Jar set about applying the newly created brand to the launch of the Pearson UK website. Extensive user experience development took place to define the site taxonomy and content architecture before designing a world class solution to match the brand identity.
The site groups the core Pearson proposition into neat navigation points with clear channels to areas of interest for different user groups; it also gives access to many of the online services available.
